Our women's collection offers a premium, high quality, selection of hi-visibility clothing, tailored specifically to ladies sizes. Incorporating Storm Coats, Softshell Jackets, Polo Shirts and Thermals. Like the rest of our high performance apparel, we aim to further expand our ladies offering, as seen in the Life clothing collection.
For far too long, women across multiple industries and sectors - whether that be rail, construction, utilities etc - have been forced to wear men's protective clothing. This has left women with clothes that are uncomfortable, ill-fitting and not fit for purpose, which leaves the wearer at risk to potential hazards due to safety factors being diminished or compromised. The PULSAR® women's collection is helping to drive change across the market, ensure uniformity and a sense of belonging in the workplace.
HOW ARE WE MAKING A DIFFERENCE?

PULSAR® works closely with women’s working groups to develop comfortable and functional hi-visibility protective workwear for female professionals. With an experienced female product design team, PULSAR® controls fit development in-house and offers extensive wearer trials to ensure garments are tested in the working environment, with a view of informing the development process and supporting a range of sizes and body shapes.
Research and testing is key. Our design team are shifting their focus towards the development process, where they can collaborate with end users to conceptualise and create comfortable and functional womenswear products. We look to balance durability and safety with the needs of female professionals, dedicated garment designers are enlisting trial wearers with a view of positively receiving feedback. By listening to end users throughout each stage of a product’s lifecycle, our design team are better equipped to meet the growing demands associated with inclusive hi-vis workwear and PPE.
